Following Mr Atkins’ earlier letter detailing the return to school in January, we have now been informed by Northumberland County Council that Monday 4 January will be an additional teaching training day for schools, which will be confirmed by the Department for Education as applying to all schools nationally. So students will return to their learning from Tuesday 5 January. All of the other information sent home today still stands.
KS2 will return to school on Tuesday 5 January.
Critical worker children and vulnerable pupils will return to school on Tuesday 5 January.
KS3 will engage with remote learning from Tuesday 5 January (see information sent out earlier).
KS3 will return to school on Monday 11 January.
