As well as celebrating our Year 8 leavers this week, we are saying goodbye and good luck to Mr Stephenson, Mrs Roff and Mrs Pemberton. You can read a full farewell in the ‘Weekly Update’ tomorrow, but I wanted to celebrate three wonderful colleagues who’ll be a huge miss to our school.
Mrs Pemberton has been in our Year 5 team for one year and we wish her all the luck in the word with her next class in September. Both Mr Stephenson and Mrs Roff have been part of our Leadership Team for a number of years. They have both brought so much to our school – hard work, dedication, endless compassion and support, positive energy and high expectations – both of them can look back on their time at HMS with so much pride! We are beyond grateful to them both and wish them every success as they move on to new adventures. Thank you for everything you have done for HMS – we’ll miss you both so much!
