HMS Admissions Information

Hexham Middle School’s admission limit (also known as a Published Admissions Number) is 150 in each year group.

The school primarily serves Hexham and the surrounding areas of Acomb, Barrasford, Beaufront, Chollerton, Chollerford, Humshaugh and Whitley Chapel, but will accept pupils from outside this area if places are available. Pupils attending Hexham Middle School normally go on to Queen Elizabeth High School when they reach the age of transfer.  Please view the catchment area in the map below. Please note that the catchment area for the Hexham Partnership is the same as the catchment area for Queen Elizabeth High School.
