NFL Flag Football – Week 2 at Bullocksteads 🏈
Once again it was a great pleasure to be asked to coach and take Hexham Middle School to continue their NFL Flag Football campaign this week with two exciting and competitive games that showcased excellent teamwork and individual talent.
In the first game, HMS showed great commitment and resilience. A well-earned touchdown and a strong defensive effort led to a 6–0 victory. The team worked hard and adapted well to challenges on the field.
Following a few tactical adjustments that played to each player’s strengths, the team entered the second game with confidence. It was a close, high-energy contest, with both teams displaying great set plays, interceptions, and determination. HMS edged ahead to win 12–6.
The children represented the school brilliantly throughout the afternoon. Their attitude, teamwork, and respect for the game were outstanding. A proud day for Team HMS!
