Curriculum Spotlight – Music
This week’s ‘Curriculum Spotlight’ will celebrate music – you can read more about what the children have been learning in the ‘Weekly Update’. Our music curriculum is inspiring and exciting – both within and beyond the classroom!
From group singing, composition, clapping and rhythm games, Ukulele, understanding pitch, keyboard skills, rhythm and pulse, notation, music technology, chords and popular music and even guitar – you can get a sense of just how rich and varied our curriculum really is.
In addition, the extra-curricular opportunities are vast with so many pupils involved in HMS Singers, Show Choir, peri tuition, orchestra, string group, Band Camp, drum line and much more! Here’s a selection of photographs and videos to enjoy! Thank you Miss Tindall and the team.
