Year 8 Leavers’ Trip! As part of their leavers’ celebrations, Year 8 had a fantastic day at Tynemouth on Wednesday. They were very lucky and managed to avoid the thundery showers! Everyone had a great time chilling on the beach, playing games and enjoying a chippy lunch! Happy faces all round – more middle school memories for Year 8!
Year 5 End of Year Trip! Year 5 visited Northumberland College Zoo this week and had such a great day out. Tyne Rivers Trust visited HMS last week to deliver a workshop about rivers tying in with the year 6’s current geography topic. They brought an interactive river model which showed different rivers around the North-East region.
