Two teams competed in the NSB Rugby 7s last week. The competitions were based around participation and demonstrating the core values of rugby: Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship. On Monday, Year 5 visited the Great North Museum as part of their science and humanities curriculum. While there, the children explored a range of historical time periods and different species of animals. They also enjoyed a superb planetarium show and completed a workshop on how space impacts life on Earth. Overall, a great day was had by all and
