We are delighted that one of our Year 8 pupils, Jake Reader, received a fantastic award from Hexham Youth Initiative last month. Jake joined Hexham Youth Initiative in September and his award was for his kindness and thoughtfulness towards others, which is mirrored by the support Jake offers to younger pupils in school, especially pupils from Year 5. Ms Richardson-Clarke said: ‘Mr Barry and myself are over the moon Jake’s efforts have been recognised and feel proud that he is one of our students’.
