The Hexham Cake Fest took place on Saturday 6 July 2019 at Hexham Community Centre. The festival involved making an edible map of Hexham from cake. Year 6 are out at SafetyWorks in Newcastle today. They are enjoying learning about fire safety, road safety and how to make a 999 call. We’ve just learnt how to test our fire detectors and Year 6 have promised to test all of theirs at home tonight!
