This week is Local Democracy Week. Our school Parliament will have their inaugural meetings at lunch time this week and each Representative will receive their badges. Why don’t you watch the video produced by Northumberland County Council (see link below) at home and have a discussion about why democracy is important. You could even debate some local issues that may be important in your local area.
