Year 7 have completed their technical challenge in Food Technology this week! They have made shortcrust pastry from scratch, rolled it out, cut it into four and made triangular shaped pasties filled with a filling of their choice. We have seen some fantastic results and wonderful flavours including pork, potato and onion, steak and cheese, spinach and feta and tomato, mozzarella and lemon. They have all worked incredibly hard! Well done, Year 7!
