A Busy Week in Food Tech!

Year 5 have been learning to make biscuits and have made Fork Biscuits.

Year 6 have made some wonderful soda bread rolls flavoured with ingredients such as olives, sundried tomato, chilli, mixed herbs and cheese. Some have also been making rock buns.

Year 7 have completed their ‘technical challenge’ and made shortcrust pastry from scratch and then turned it into triangular shaped pasties.

Year 8 have been using the new hobs and have made Bolognese sauce and stir fry.
