World Book Day was a great success once again. Everyone enjoyed our ‘Masked Reader’ film during form time and identified the staff members reading behind a range of disguises! All children got a special gift bag with a ‘book and a brew’ to enjoy at home – huge thanks to our PTA and Mrs Crosby for their support. The ‘Big Book Bake Off’ was full of creative and imaginative entries – great baking talent on display once again. The Book Fair was visited throughout the week, the Book Swap was a great success led by the Library Champions and the library has been as busy as ever.
The ‘We love reading so much…we even read at…’ photograph competition is open until after Easter break – please keep sending us your entries.
