Head of School Awards This month’s Head of School Award focused on oracy, speaking and listening. One of our core ‘Skills Builder’ themes is communication and I was delighted to see the children being recognised for their efforts in school. As part of the North East Festival of Languages, a group of KS3 pupils visited Newcastle University to enjoy the ‘Welcome to China’ event.
