KS2 pupils will have the opportunity to take part in NFL FLAG Football, a fun and inclusive non-contact sport. The sessions promote our school values by encouraging respect for others, helping children aspire to improve their skills and confidence, and actively engaging them in teamwork and physical activity. No previous experience is needed, and all abilities are welcome. After-school club on Thursdays 3:20pm to 4:30pm. First club starts Thursday 15th Jan.

It was a joy to meet as year groups for our Christmas Celebration Assemblies. The assemblies are always an opportunity to reflect on the term, to celebrate the success of all pupils and to highlight lots of special achievements made in school. Well done to all our Y7 and Y8 rugby players who enjoyed a day out at Kingston Park to play a round of fixtures Newcastle Red Bulls’ first team pitch. This was a fantastic opportunity for all the boys to play on a top level pitch. Results were not important at this event, as the aim was to get pupils

We were delighted to hold our annual Christmas Carol Concert at Hexham Abbey this week – it was a truly magical event and a very proud evening for our school. The level of skill, confidence and dedication on display from all of the pupils was outstanding – it never ceases to amaze me! The singers were superb, the musicians sounded
