Abigail continues to shine and her commitment to dance is phenomenal. This weekend, she danced in the grand final of the ‘Can you dance? Super Convention’ in Liverpool. She danced as part of the Evolution Training Group and it was a great experience for her – she danced in a huge arena on a professional stage – what an achievement!
Mr Scott reported from an excellent afternoon of rugby at Corbridge Middle on Monday. The team enjoyed their session which kickstarted the rugby fixtures for the year ahead. On Monday 14th October, our girls began their competitive footballing fixtures against Darras Hall Primary School. All of the girls played extremely well, including some incredible saves from goalkeeper, Elise C! The girls represented HMS brilliantly and Mr Nichol was thrilled with the efforts of all involved. #Respect #Engage #Aspire

On Wednesday, a group of 22 Year 8 and 9 girls went to Ponteland to take part in a coaching /learning rugby tournament. Despite the lovely October weather conditions, we enjoyed a great day at Temple Park for the English Schools Cup Team Cross Country Competition this week.Five out of the six teams across HMS and QEHS qualified for the next round.
