Tennis Success!

Well done to our Y7 and 8 boys’ tennis team – Kayden W, Joseph D, Ben N and Ivor T who won their match against St. Cuthbert’s on Thursday. The players won all of their singles and the doubles to complete HMS’s first tennis victory for a few years! Well done everyone! Respect. Engage. Aspire.

Another successful day down at Kingston Park for round 2 of the Inspiredby9s Rugby League Festival. The girls were able to field a total of 18 players, making up two teams across years 7 & 8, which was fantastic. REA Days Are Back!

In June, we have two very exciting enrichment days for our pupils to enjoy! As part of our Personal Development curriculum, 100% of our pupils get to engage in an exciting and enriching session. Tomato Plant Growing Challenge

Year 5 have been set the challenge for the rest of this term to grow a tomato plant. Newcastle University Maths Challenge

In April, HMS pupils had the exciting opportunity to take part in the Newcastle University Maths Challenge. We were delighted when Sarah and Beatrice were recognised for their outstanding entries.
