As we reach the end of the summer term, we can reflect on this period of our lives which has undoubtedly brought many negatives but also so many positives to take forward with us.
Thank you to our pupils – both in school and at home – you have all worked exceptionally hard and coped with the challenges admirably. Thank you to all of the very supportive parents, carers and families who have worked so hard to keep the children learning at home. Thank you to our phenomenal staff at HMS who have ensured that the pupils could continue their learning, enjoy many fantastic experiences and have kept in touch with pupils remotely throughout this time – we are really proud of Team HMS!
We are also extremely proud that we have welcomed so many pupils back to school and the recent well-being days have been a huge success! We look ahead to everyone returning to school in September with a real excitement.
We have said heartfelt farewells to our staff moving on to new adventures and, of course, we wish our amazing year 8 pupils the very best of luck with their next steps – we will really miss you all! For now, we hope you all have a well-deserved, relaxing summer break – stay safe and we will see you back at HMS in September!
