Our Year 8s had a fantastic day at Tynemouth Beach yesterday. It was a joy to see them going off for a day of fun and laughter before they leave HMS. Their final year with us has not been the one we had planned but they have been a wonderful year group and we know they will go on to enjoy huge success! Plus, they won’t get rid of us as we’ll be just next door!!
A member of the public kindly took the time to email Mr Watters to say:
“It was wonderful to see them enjoying their day out and causing absolutely no trouble to anyone else. I can only say what a total credit they were to the school and themselves. My admiration and thanks to all teaching and support staff for helping to nurture and form a wonderful generation.”
