A group of year 8 pupils headed off to Newcastle College this week to show their presentation of a sustainable school project. Throughout the spring and summer term, they have been taking part in the Wonder Challenge, organised by Constructing Excellence North East (CENE).
It was brilliant to see them enjoying their journey into Newcastle on the train and then representing the school so well, presenting to a panel of judges from different roles in the construction sector.
Special thanks must got to MGM and Carney Consultancy for being work experience mentors through the process, but a huge congratulations goes to the pupils for showing confidence, resilience and independence.
