At the start of May, some of our Year 7 and Year 8 pupils had the exciting opportunity to take part in the Junior Maths Challenge – a national competition that truly puts students’ problem-solving skills to the test. We are incredibly proud of everyone who took part and gave it their best in what is a very challenging event.
Space Webinars – Learning from the experts. We have some great space career-sector webinars coming up and we are inviting 30 pupils to attend each one. Pupils have had an exciting opportunity to explore the gallery and to complete their own artwork as part of an artist workshop. It’s been a very busy week of sport at HMS with pupils representing the school in cricket and athletics. Mr Gaines and Mr Scott took a fantastic group of Year 6 pupils to the Wentworth today for the ‘Quad Kids’ events and had a great morning of sport. All of the pupils represented the school superbly – well done everyone.
